× Lo stemma del Cadore

LO STEMMA DEL CADORE
Sul Monte Ricco sorgeva un importante e antico castello,
che aveva una torre che si ritrova nello stemma del Cadore,
assieme a quella del castello di Botestagno.
Entrambi i castelli oggi non esistono più,
ma restano il simbolo della fedeltà,
della sicurezza e dell’autonomia della gente cadorina.

THE CADORE CREST
On Mt. Ricco there used to stand an important and
ancient castle. Its tower can be seen on the Cadore
crest together with that of the Castle of Botestagno.
Both castles are no longer there.
In their place, we can appreciate the symbols of the
loyalty, safety and autonomy of the Cadore people.
